The iPhoneX, everybody is talking about it, everybody is unboxing it, everybody wants it... So it was a question of time before we test it USB Kill style. 

If you watched our previous tests you know the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 8 are vulnerable to power surge attacks. 
This time it took the USB kill V3 a little more than 8 seconds to kill the lightning port. 

Without a working lightning port, you are unable to charge or connect the phone. So when the battery is empty the phone becomes completely unusable.
